I flirted with several girls today, none of them my girlfriend. Cheating on your girlfriend or wife is an interesting topic. No woman wants their man to cheat; it leads to disruption in a relationship that takes ultimate precision and social skill to avoid. But flirting with other girls hardly qualifies as cheating. Flirting is only a social technique to cause attraction. Flirting is a useful tool to mold your environment around you to your liking. Life becomes much easier when potential mates would gladly help you accomplish any task for the chance to be your mate.
Now I do not condone cheating, as my mentor Shark once said “The ideal man is one who could cheat easily, but would never do so.” (The Black Flag, Pg 10) I object to cheating on my mate, it morally disgusts me. But socially it’s more appealing that I’d never cheat on my girlfriends. I’d be a liar if I cheated, and couldn't even stand for my own morals I've set for myself.
“…But the perfect man is one who is willing to break the feminized norm of being a cyclopedia beta while still refusing to go all the way and cheat –because it violates his own principles. He will shamelessly flirt with another girl with no regard for moral conventions but when her vulva hangs loose right in front of his pubic bone he retorts with ‘Oh I’m sorry, I’m already in love.’ “(The Black Flag, Pg 10)
The principles we set for ourselves must be followed, otherwise we become spineless. Set principles and morals that you follow religiously. These things should be the strongest part of your inner game and ultimately life.
“A man who can break enough rules to stand at the brink of moral chaos but have enough discipline to keep himself from falling over is both a master of himself and his inner demons.” (The Black Flag, Pg 10)
I know a lot of this info is taken from The Black Flag, but the book is very eye opening and I felt a discussion was worth it.
Man, The Black Flag sounds and I KNOW would be an interesting read. I am a die hard Shark fan bro. Glad to know you made a blog after Shark. Crazy how this guy offered SO MUCH VALUE on his blog and NO ONE ever knew who he was... Mystery? On point i would say.
