Entry 10: 7/1/2013

Men, Go workout right now. Start eating real food, and stop with this stupid diet shit. The only way lose fat and gain muscle is to workout vigorously, workout hard, and work out right. Follow this guide, workout at least 5 days a week, rest at least 1 day a week. I suggest making that rest day a day you go to your job, not sunday. Eat fat, too often people say that eating fat will make you fat as a cow. Our fathers ate fat, or grandfathers ate fat, and they developed perfectly fine. only recently have people said to avoid fat, only within the last 20 years, have people been in bad shape, which coincides with the first “Fad Diets”. No workout will give you abs in 5/10/30/60 minutes. a consistent calorie deficit + workout will give you those rock hard abs, muscles, and bones. Fat + Protein will increase testosterone which is required for building muscles (aka using energy in fat reserves to build muscle). Get off your lazy asses people.

Entry 9: 6/22/2013

“What you need to know about life but haven’t been taught”. http://tuckermax.me/what-you-need-to-know-about-life-but-havent-been-taught/
Take this to heart, Tucker Max knows what he’s talking about. Let it sink in before you criticize it. I was looking through my entries and forgot to mention tucker max and his role in my life. He was one of the first people I started trying to act like in an attempt to get pussy. More analyzations bring me to the conclusion he is an alpha. And a good role model, whether or not you agree with his moral views.

Entry 8: 6/5/2013

I’ve been unable to write a post for about a week due to being very busy with family, graduation, and work. A recent upset with my father got me thinking, so I’ve decided to write a bit about society. A social dogma has been put in our heads from the day we were born.
Shark once said “It would seem as though life has played a cruel trick on mankind, that only a handful would be born with confidence and inner game while the rest of us were doomed to suffer from calloused hands or be forced into settling for stretched out labials at a later age.” (Shark)
Society has embedded certain qualities into us for a purpose, to ensure only those who truly deserve to be in power get into power. In school, they socialize us to be cooperative and respect our authority, but never challenge it. How can you be in power if you never surpass the previous leader? You can’t.  Society doesn’t develop impartially though; there can’t be too many leaders, because we as a people are unable to survive this way, decisions couldn’t be made and things wouldn’t get done.
So why did I bring this up? My father is angry that I don’t think college is as important as he does. I will never change his mind, he’s been programmed to believe in security over risk. I understand the concept that college is a good choice if I want “job security”.  But I could die any day. There’s no such thing as job security, no matter what scenario you attempt to put yourself in, there will always be a chance to lose your job, life, or anything.
“Far Better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirit who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.” – Theodore Roosevelt.

You’ll never be truly safe; Have ambition, Take risks, chase dreams.

Entry 7: 5/27/2013

I had a pretty intense workout session 12:00 PM to 2:15 PM. It was hard, but not what I want. I want sculpted body, not only to be physically fit, but to accomplish a goal. I’m losing body fat at a pretty good rate, and the workout I’ve been doing is easier than it used to be. But this isn’t necessarily a good sign; my body could just be adjusting to the workout, meaning it’s not as effective as it was originally. So I may switch is out for another workout.
The second topic I wanted to bring up is traits of something called the dark triad.  narcissism, Machiavellianism and psychopath.
Although arguably immoral, control over these personality traits would be completely beneficial. As I’m not one for morals, I would suggest looking into these traits.
Narcissism: Narcissism is defined by Merriam-Webster Dictionary as “A Mental disorder characterized by extreme self-absorption, an exaggerated sense of self-importance, and a need for attention and admiration from others.” Look at this from a positive point of view, all these traits lead to high ambition, although one could expect attention and admiration without any work, one who believe that’s with hard work, that they deserve it, will work as hard as they can to achieve the admiration. The point being: If you believe you are the god’s gift to the world, you will work like you are god’s gift to the world. You will aspire to the greatest feats, only to prove to yourself that it’s the truth.
: Machiavellianism is defined as “the view that politics is amoral and that any means, however unscrupulous, can justifiably be used in achieving political power. “ This is absolutely true; manipulation of others is a common occurrence. Following moral conventions will only burden your quest for goals.
·         Psychopath: defined as “The psychopathic personality is characterized by impulsive thrill-seeking and in its "primary" form by selfishness, callousness (insensitivity), lack of personal affect, superficial charm, and remorselessness.” None of these traits has any negative side effects as long as calibration is used to maintain balance between positive and negative outcomes.
For those who find the dark triad morally appalling, heed this: Morals have only been created to protect those in power, but to be in power, you must not follow these morals, for they are the wall between you and leaders. The government condemns murder, yet commits executions with ease. Am I calling for revolution? No, without leaders, survival would be next to impossible. We must accept that people will always be in power, I’m only suggesting how to become a leader.

Disclaimer: improper use of the previous information may lead to possible imprisonment. I do not responsibility for the previous information.

Entry 6: 5/24/2013

I’m currently taking my finals in school and recently had my college orientation so was unable to make an entry yesterday. I’ve been lazy lately with my workouts. This is a common issue of willpower. Today I’m going to work out twice as hard as normal. Shark once said “The key to success is not working hard when you want to, but working harder when you don’t want to.”

Entry 5: 5/22/13

I flirted with several girls today, none of them my girlfriend. Cheating on your girlfriend or wife is an interesting topic. No woman wants their man to cheat; it leads to disruption in a relationship that takes ultimate precision and social skill to avoid. But flirting with other girls hardly qualifies as cheating. Flirting is only a social technique to cause attraction. Flirting is a useful tool to mold your environment around you to your liking. Life becomes much easier when potential mates would gladly help you accomplish any task for the chance to be your mate.
Now I do not condone cheating, as my mentor Shark once said “The ideal man is one who could cheat easily, but would never do so.” (The Black Flag, Pg 10) I object to cheating on my mate, it morally disgusts me. But socially it’s more appealing that I’d never cheat on my girlfriends. I’d be a liar if I cheated, and couldn't even stand for my own morals I've set for myself.
“…But the perfect man is one who is willing to break the feminized norm of being a cyclopedia beta while still refusing to go all the way and cheat –because it violates his own principles. He will shamelessly flirt with another girl with no regard for moral conventions but when her vulva hangs loose right in front of his pubic bone he retorts with ‘Oh I’m sorry, I’m already in love.’ “(The Black Flag, Pg 10)
The principles we set for ourselves must be followed, otherwise we become spineless. Set principles and morals that you follow religiously. These things should be the strongest part of your inner game and ultimately life.
“A man who can break enough rules to stand at the brink of moral chaos but have enough discipline to keep himself from falling over is both a master of himself and his inner demons.” (The Black Flag, Pg 10)

I know a lot of this info is taken from The Black Flag, but the book is very eye opening and I felt a discussion was worth it.

Entry 4: 5/21/2013

I’m getting my teeth cleaned today, which led me onto a certain topic. Body image. The way we see ourselves is possibly one of the biggest factors in our self confidence. If we think we look bad, others take notice of our distress and will also think we look bad. But if we think we look great, others catch on to that too. If you’re reading this, I want you to go to a mirror right now and ask yourself “Am I happy with the way I look?”. Be absolutely honest with yourself, if you lie to yourself, you're only hurting yourself. If the answer is yes, then you should feel a bit less conscious about what others think, but if you see yourself as a slob, a pig, or anything derogatory. Think about what you don’t like, what you would change. Now go do it, go work out, go get a haircut, go on a diet, go take a shower. Don’t sit there and try to plan it, you're just giving yourself an excuse to wait it out until you forget about it. Start Right Now. Not tomorrow, not later. Now.

Entry 3: 5/20/13

Today: I woke up late for school. This brings up a good topic for discussion. Turning “Shit to Sugar” as 50 Cent would call it (Read the 50th law of Power). What that means is take the best from every situation. This does not necessarily mean optimism. Optimistic people refuse to acknowledge that there is shit in the world. They attempt to convince themselves and other everyone and everything is okay. That is by far, evolutionarily speaking, one of the most counter-productive thought processes. How can we fix the shit if we refuse to acknowledge its existence?
I’m not optimistic, I’m an opportunist. I see a problem, accept it’s real, analyze its possible solutions and hypothesize the possible outcomes. From there, I make a decision. For example: Being late today, I decided that there was no handicap for arriving 15-30 minutes later then I was going to anyways. The class I was missing meant little or nothing to my real goals. I decided to have a healthy breakfast, relax, and get to school before my next course. Now it falls into place, I arrive at school, not hungry, not tired, and ready for my day, compared to rushing to school, tired, unprepared, and hungry as fuck. Turn your blunders into outlets for success, every move must look like it was calculated meticulous. Adopt the thought process “I’ve never been unprepared. Everything happens because I want it to.”
Note: For those of you, if you run into a similar situation at work. Remember showing up to work is different than school. You are in debt to these people, compared to a school system where the opposite is true. If you must arrive late, visibly work harder that day than any other day that month, but make it appear as if it were a coincidence.
On another subject: Chances are you have been in a situation where you had the choice to get involved or to not get involved. This is directly related to the opportunistic views expressed above. Look at the situation, is it worth getting involved? Does it directly benefit you? Can it benefit you in any way? If the answer to either of these is no, stay away from the situation. But if they are yes then by all means get involved.
Ex: My girlfriend recently got upset at a comment I made making fun of her bitch friend. Her text response was “He took me home because he knew I had a bad day and he’s a good friend.” There are plenty of hidden meanings in messages like this. People unintentionally or even may intentionally leave these subtext meanings in their words, Verbal or text. I’ll dissect this message now.
Starting off “He took me home…” People will intentionally test your emotional frame; this is part of normal interactions. We constantly are tested to ensure we are truthful with our persona. This specifically was testing my frame to see if I would care. Otherwise she would’ve said something along the lines of “My friend…” which is completely unisex; which would illicit no emotional response.
“because he knew I had a bad day” This is where it gets interesting, This is an obvious invitation for me to ask “What happened?”. This was more likely to be an intentional attempt to get a response. But like I said earlier, is it worth getting involved? From my perspective, No. absolute waste of my time, why would I care how her day went? Does it affect me? Not really. My day went great; I don’t want this Debbie Downer on my case making me feel like shit.
“he’s a good friend.” Finally, this is directly meant to compare me to her friend. She once again is testing me to see if I care what she thinks. I do not; I know I’m a good friend. I don’t need her to reinforce my own opinion.
So the solution you may ask? Evade. Politicians do it all the time, they do it damn well. How many politicians do you see actually answering the questions they were asked? Not many. I didn’t text her back, not getting involved. If I were in person, I’d probably say “He is a good friend” and move onto a new subject.
Be Amazing, Be Awesome, Kick ass.

Entry 2: 5/19/13

I believe a discussion on bodily health is an important subject. Many of our problems can be partially solved with a healthy lifestyle.
Drugs : Many drugs are abused, “According to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA’s) National Survey on Drug Use and Health,123.5 million persons aged 12 or older needed treatment for an illicit drug or alcohol abuse problem in 2009 (9.3 percent of persons aged 12 or older).” (DrugAbuse.gov)
Although ultimately my theory to life revolves around making decisions and living life however you want; this does lead to bad decision making. Certain drugs are stigmatized by society because of their counter-productive effect on the human body, but not necessarily society; theories of deviance would further explain this.
Imagine 10,000 years ago, in a time where the largest group of people together would range between 500-1000 in a very large village. Many people would even stay with just their families, and you went out gathering for food with some family. You come across a small patch of fungi growing on a hill. You decide to taste it, and discover its hallucinogenic effects. Suddenly, your vision blurs. You can’t understand what your fellow gathers are trying to say. Your brain decides the best thing to do is run away; maybe you can find sanctity somewhere else. You begin running, into the forest. The environment is constantly changing before your eyes, colors and shapes morph. You hear noises that are unfamiliar to you. You hear people behind you, screaming. It scares you, what do they want, your mind plays a trick on you. You imagine the deer you’ve been hunting; suddenly you’re sure that you are a young buck being hunted. The hunters are close behind chasing you with their spears and knives. You have to escape. You trip and open a gash in your knee. You bleed and squirm. You decide to lay there and accept your fate. You pass out. You awake in the night, clear headed, but in serious pain. Blood covers the ground; you wrap your knee in a makeshift tourniquet. You attempt to find your way home, but nothing is familiar. After a long look at your situation, you subconsciously make the decision that the fungi you’ve devoured had no beneficial effects on your health. You find your way home, your clansmen help you, and you tell them the story. As a group you decide to warn every one of said fungi.
This would happen many times, the word would spread fast. Some individuals would begin taking these substances for the journey, some religions would suggest using them to have enlightening journeys, and some would find joy in escaping their shitty lives. This is where the pros vs cons come in. although entirely situational, drugs like shrooms have little pros. They give us the chance to escape our problems, but this is also a con. How could we solve a problem we forget exists? Some problems snowball, become bigger, worse. We attempt to escape them again, fall deeper into the hole we dug. We’re losing money, this shit isn’t free. We haven’t gotten anything worthwhile done in a while. There’s no time, we have to work to pay for our addiction. You can’t stop now.
We force ourselves to believe this, all it is, is a clever excuse constructed by our subconscious to satisfy its need for a high, just us giving up. Some may argue that a casual once in a while lifestyle leads to fun, maybe true. But they’re not for everyone. Body damage can occur; alcohol is a leading cause of car accidents and deaths. Cigarette’s are the leading cause of lung cancer. The cliché “Don’t do Drugs” exists for a reason, Yes having fun and taking a break from life sound nice, but you’re only delaying your issues.
Supplements: Supplements can be important, if you’re like me or most Americans, chances are there’s no way in hell you can get all the vitamins, minerals, and others from the food you eat. Go to the store, buy a multivitamin, and take for the rest of your life. Multivitamins contain quite a few different vitamins that your body can use regularly. Specifically for men, or women looking to grow body hair, taking testosterone enhancers can lead to increased confidence, muscle growth, and a deeper sexier voice. Supplements I recommend with testosterone include Tribulus Terrestis, horny goat weed, and nuts. For those trying to build muscle, try: Whey protein after workouts, creatine throughout the day with lots of water and lots of fruits, zinc, and magnesium. For those looking for brain supplements I recommend eating lots of eggs and taking nootropics such as racetams.
Workouts: this section is going to be the simplest. First understand from a primal state what humans are meant to do. We used to run through fields chasing our prey, hop over rocks, climb trees, swim upstream, and swing from vines. This made us strong, lean, and fit. Our bodies need this to be healthy. Simulate said things, workout hard. If you aren’t tired at the end, you didn’t work out enough. Our bodies are very efficient, after doing something so long, they find the easiest way to do it, meaning that you’ll use the least energy doing it and build the least muscle. Never do the same workout exact for more than 2 weeks. Be very random with your workouts, confuse your muscles. Look this up online if you are confused.
Conclusion to 5/19/13: I felt a little spiel on health would be important, I’m going to go workout now.

Entry 1: 5/18/2013

I’ve began writing a journal and book on my change. The First entry will be a bit longer than the rest, this is to compensate for the portion of my journey I have already experienced before the decision to record it. Life is much simpler than I previous thought. My journey began when I searched how to fix my problems with girls. I came across a book that was both the foundation and catalyst to my change. “The Game: Penetrating the secret world of pick up artist” by Neil Strauss. The book describes the journey of Neil Strauss into the world of pick up artists. Pick up Artist, or PUA’s, are men who simulate the characteristics of attractive men to attract women. After reading this book, I began searching and learning PUA tactics, and “routines”. There are dictionaries on these things, and an untold amount of guides on the subject. Salesman Wars between the most powerful PUA’s have started, creating a great divide in the PUA community, forcing the followers to take sides. There are old school tactics, and new tactics. The community almost thinks in a hive mind system. People discover and alter tactics, review them, and work together to form the best system.
I too became a part of this community, lost in the flood of opinions and lost in a crowd of clueless people trying a “Get women quick tactic”. I was saved by my friend Thomas; he is solely responsible for stopping my downward spiral into a fake world. I’m in a great debt to my friend. A new book was brought to my attention by Thomas, “The Black Flag” written by an unnamed individual going by the alias Shark. Shark has unplugged me from this matrix we call society. I still hope to this day to meet Shark Face to Face, both to thank him for my new life, and aspire to greater things.
After reading the Black Flag several times, I had absorbed so much knowledge. My life had a sudden upturn when I put the information into practice. A natural high had taken over, I seriously believe I can overcome any obstacle, aspire to any dream, and set any record. The universe is impartial to or existence, we must leave an imprint. I can do whatever I want, any time I want, however I want, for whatever reason I want. Organisms cannot escape their primal instincts. We will be forever bound to them; the weak are led by the strong. A thought came to my mind the other day; it explains how we should live so well I’ll include it in this entry.

“The universe is here, it is unaware of your existence, even if it did, it does it care what you do with your life. Make it care, fuck it in the ass until the universe has no choice but to resonate your name through the void of space and the infinite outskirts. Everything and Everyone should hear the echo. Lead the revolution, don’t follow it. Be the innovator, be the superior being. Give life purpose, there is none otherwise. One who obsessively searches for purpose to life is at the disadvantage of ignorance. If you have to ask why we are here, you’re just another useless statistic. Leave your mark, don’t fear anything, you don’t have much time.” Chris Storm

A Promise

"So I take it that the lot of you grant me some degree of integrity? That you trust my judgement, that you understand that I sacrifice my own time to answer some of your queries? That I am a man of my word? Then heed this,
I promise, I solemnly swear, I pledge, I stake my own life; that if you come upon that oh very vast plateau in life infamous for exhausting meager minded men, and you sacrifice your very fucking conscience to overcoming it, that it will bend itself in whichever way you want. I promise, that the days you spend grinding towards a goal or a project without reaping any visible rewards, will never be a waste. That you will never regret risking too much while putting everything you have into it; you will only regret gambling too little while putting everything you have into it, or gambling too much but not putting enough of yourself in. I promise, that if your’re willing to burn all of your distractions, walk away from the relationships that imbibe your energy, and punch yourself in the face the next time you sell yourself short, that no ambition, no level, no goal, no league, no extravagance, no obstacle, no time-limit, no other person will seem too significant, too impossible, or too unbecoming. None, nothing, no one.
I promise that the time you spend reading the classics, academic journals, enriching yourself with as much knowledge as possible, will be worth it. There will be people who tell you that you are wasting your time. They do not know what I know. I promise that that last rep of push-ups, the one you’re sure is impossible, is possible. And that if you consistently eat oatmeal, protein, and vegetables instead of Mcshitty burgers, your life will be better. That if you want to lose weight bad enough, you will lose weight. I promise that when you’re trying to learn how to paint, sing, dance, or play the piano; your sucking shit phase will pass. Consistent practice. No secret techniques, no magical formulas, nothing. Just hard work.
I promise that the girl you’re chasing isn’t worth it. That the Oneitis your suffering from is not your soul-mate. That the girl you’re driving yourself crazy over won’t make you happy. That you’re better off dumping your garbage instead of trying to recycle it. I promise that heartbreak is nothing easy, but that is something every man must go through. And the more times he goes through it, the stronger he becomes. I promise that all you need to do is grind your teeth and keep telling yourself “push through.” That there will be nights when you’re sure “I messed up the greatest thing in my life,” and that if you accidentally believe yourself, you’ll regret it for a lifetime.
All of this, I promise. Triumph. Keep pushing.
I can’t tell you how I know all of this, but I know it. I’ve been blessed with certain powers of prophecy. It has been written on an antique scroll like the one below some trillions of years ago. If you ever doubt yourself, don’t doubt me. I am never wrong, come back and read this when you have to." - Shark

An Homage to the Orginal

Dear Shark, thank you for everything. You've opened my eyes to the world. It's gears and cogs. It started when I was afraid of losing someone, a girl I loved. I used to think I didn't actually fall in love, but I did. But now I realize something, we will always fall in and out of love. its our nature to seek someone to share our lives with. But its also important to realize that we can do it alone, we don't need anyone but our selves. To solve a problem, we must first realize there is one. That girl isn't your soul mate. The concept was created in an everlasting war between those in power and those who aren't; Soul mates were invented as another way to thwart us from achieving something greater. How many people decided to give up on their dreams and settle with someone they love? You will always fall in love, no matter where you go on the social ladder. Its disgusting to me now to see people choose someone they love over their dreams. There are 6 billion people on this earth, but you only have one dream.
An Homage to Shark and everything he's done for me. I'll succeed him here. If you want to know what the original site is, Here http://www.solvemygirlproblems.com/
