Follow this guide, workout at least 5 days a week, rest at least 1 day a week. I suggest making that rest day a day you go to your job, not sunday. Eat fat, too often people say that eating fat will make you fat as a cow. Our fathers ate fat, or grandfathers ate fat, and they developed perfectly fine. only recently have people said to avoid fat, only within the last 20 years, have people been in bad shape, which coincides with the first “Fad Diets”. No workout will give you abs in 5/10/30/60 minutes. a consistent calorie deficit + workout will give you those rock hard abs, muscles, and bones. Fat + Protein will increase testosterone which is required for building muscles (aka using energy in fat reserves to build muscle). Get off your lazy asses people.
